Bank uses digital signage to engage customers and increase profits. The financial markets are always in motion. Banking and stock markets require accurate, real-time information both internally as well as towards their customers. Digital signage makes it possible for banks to push welcoming messages, fast updates, digitized news and to distribute information in common areas. Banks are now finding the benefits of using dynamic digital signage to achieve key marketing objectives, increase deposits and profits. They are able to cross-sell additional products and change marketing messages instantly in order to stay ahead of the competition.
onActivity helped Dah Sing Bank to install two LED walls at its Central Branch. One screen of 3.4M x 1.1M providing 1.9mm pixel size is located inside the branch, while another 3.6M x 2.4M screen, 6mm pixel size, is installed outside the branch matching the design of the storefront.
Live feeds of current weather, financial data and news onActivity’s digital signage software not only allows Dah Sing Bank to personalize an ad and have it running in no time, but also makes it possible to display accurate, real-time stock market information, by using Parser to get the live feed data. The huge LED screens can also be used as a digital backdrop during special events or for after-hours presentations or training to staff.
These LED walls are located at the busiest commercial centre of Hong Kong and have attracted lots of attention, including many newspapers and TV media who often use this setup as the background for reporting stock market news.
onActivity provided the total solution for the client, from hardware purchase to installation and display content design.
